The Heavy-Duty Line Array Rigging Fly Frame is a premium, structural-grade suspension hardware solution engineered to deliver absolute safety, mechanical stability, and precise angling control for modular line array speaker systems.
Built as a dedicated flight-rigging platform, this high-tensile steel frame is meticulously tailored for sound reinforcement technicians, touring rental companies, and audio installation contractors who need to safely suspend or ground-stack line array configurations over large audience areas.
Operating as the primary load-bearing interface between the venue's overhead hoist motors and the loudspeaker cluster, the rigging frame distributes physical weight evenly across the array.
It features an integrated, multi-point center spine layout that permits precise center-of-gravity adjustments, allowing crew members to dial in the perfect downward or upward tilt for optimized acoustic coverage.
Fabricated from solid, structural steel coated with a heavy-duty powder finish and utilizing precision-machined quick-release pin channels, this fly frame provides linear, fail-safe performance under demanding, high-load touring and outdoor festival conditions.
Features
Dedicated Line Array System Optimization: Engineered specifically to integrate with the companion active and passive line array modules.
This exact mechanical design is perfectly optimized to ensure seamless structural coupling, alignment, and fast locking during system assembly.
Multi-Point Center Shackle Spine: Configured with a sequence of precision-milled pickup points along the main support bar.
This variable alignment choice is ideal for fine-tuning the tilt angle and balance of the array to match the venue's seating layout.
Dual-Mode Suspension and Stacking Capabilities: Formulated to act as both an overhead flying grid and a stable structural foundation.
This versatile design path is critical for transitioning between suspended aerial arrays and secure, ground-stacked stage configurations.
This uncompromised structural material is essential for offering an exceptional safe working load limit and resisting structural twisting under heavy cabinet loads.
Weather-Resistant Industrial Powder Coating: Finished in a tough, scuff-resistant protective matte coating.
This durable exterior layer is perfect for protecting the main structural hardware from humidity, transport wear, and environmental elements during outdoor concert applications.
